SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of LL 37. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between LL 37 and analogues was observed. NOTE: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between LL 37 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist in some cases.
Intended UseHuman AZPAb ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of AZPAb , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃

Product Description specificalIntended Uses: This LL 37 ELISA kit is a 1.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Human LL 37. This ELISA kit for research use only, not for therapeutic or diagnostic applications!
Principle of the Assay||LL 37 ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a Polyclonal anti-LL 37 antibody and an LL 37 -HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with LL 37 -HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the LL 37 concentration since LL 37 from samples and LL 37 -HRP conjugate compete for the anti-LL 37 antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by LL 37 from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind LL 37 -HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The LL 37 concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.
