SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of human CA 27-29 is typically less than 0.8 U/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest human CA 27-29 concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determine
Intended UseHuman CA 27-29 ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of CA 27-29 , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for CA 27-29 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for CA 27-29. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of CA 27-29 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
