SensitivityThe limit of detection of Human Apo-A4 defined as the analyte concentration resulting in an absorbance significantly higher than that of the dilution medium (mean plus 2 standard deviations) was determined to be 0.2 mug/mL (mean of 6 independent assays).
Intended UseHuman Apo-A4 ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Apo-A4 , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitative Apo-A4 in Human serum, plasma. An antibody specific for Apo-A4 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any Apo-A4 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin - conjugated antibody specific for Apo-A4 is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conjugated Humanradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of Apo-A4 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
