SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human PSCA. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human PSCA and analogues was observed.
SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of human PSCA is typically less than 12.5 pg/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest human PSCA concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the
Intended UseHuman PSCA ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of PSCA , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageStore the whole ELISA kit at 4℃
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for PSCA has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for PSCA. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of PSCA bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
