SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of GT1b. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between GT1b and analogues was observed. NOTE: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between GT1b and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist in some cases.
Intended UseHuman GQ1b ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of GQ1b , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃

Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: GT1b ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a monoclonal anti-GT1b antibody and an GT1b-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with GT1b-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the GT1b concentration since GT1b from samples and GT1b-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-GT1b antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by GT1b from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind GT1b-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The GT1b concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.
