SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human CADM-140 Ab antibody. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human CADM-140 Ab antibody and analogues was observed.
SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of human CADM-140 Ab antibody is typically less than 0.156 U/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest protein concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was de
Intended UseHuman CADM-140 Ab ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of CADM-140 Ab , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with CADM-140 Ab. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a biotin-conjugated CADM-140 Ab and avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of CADM-140 Ab antibody bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
