SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Human CCK-8. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human CCK-8 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Human CCK-8 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.

Product Description
specificalDescription: The kit is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of CCK-8 in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids
Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses Competitive-ELISA as the method. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Human CCK-8. During the reaction, Human CCK-8 in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of Human CCK-8 on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Human CCK-8. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The concentration of Human CCK-8 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
