SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of human CA50 is typically less than 2.5 U/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest human CA50 concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the me
Intended UseHuman CA50 ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of CA50 , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the Assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antibody specific for CA50. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for CA50 and incubated. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of CA50 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
