SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of mouse LDL is typically less than 1.95 ng/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest protein concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean
Intended UseMouse LDL ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of LDL , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with LDL. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody preparation specific for LDL. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with pre-coated LDL and LDL in samples. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of LDL in the samples. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
