SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of mouse dopamine is typically less than 2.5 pg/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest mouse dopamine concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determin
Intended UseMouse DA ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of DA , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with goat-anti-rabbit antibody. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with an antibody specific for dopamine and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated dopamine. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with HRP labeled dopamine and unlabeled dopamine with the antibody. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of dopamine in the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
