SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of mouse AECA is typically less than 0.078 U/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest protein concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mea
Intended UseMouse AECA ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with specific antigen. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a biotin-conjugated antigen and avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of AECA bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
