SpecificityThe interference of circulating factors of the immune system was evaluated by spiking these proteins at physiologically relevant concentrations into a human sVAP-1 positive serum. There was no cross-reactivity detected.
Intended UseHuman sVAP-1 ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of sVAP-1 , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: An anti-human sVAP-1 coating antibody is adsorbed onto microwells. Human sVAP-1 present in the unknown or calibrator binds to antibodies adsorbed to the microwells. A biotin-conjugated anti-human sVAP-1 antibody is added and binds to human sVAP-1 captured by the first antibody. Following incubation unbound biotin-conjugated anti-human sVAP-1 antibody is removed during a wash step. Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the biotin-conjugated anti-human sVAP-1 antibody. Following incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is removed during a wash step, and substrate solution reactive with HRP is added to the wells. A coloured product is formed in proportion to the amount of human sVAP-1 present in the unknown or calibrator. The reaction is terminated by addition of acid and absorbance is measured at 450 nm. A calibrator curve is prepared from 7 human sVAP-1 calibrator dilutions and human sVAP-1 unknown concentration determined.
