Product Description
specificalIntended Use The human sTNF-R (60 kDa) ELISA is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of human sTNF-R (60 kDa). For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Principle of the test An anti-human sTNF-R (60 kDa) coating antibody is adsorbed onto microwells. Human sTNF-R (60 kDa) present in the unknown or calibrator binds to antibodies adsorbed to the microwells. A HRP-conjugated anti-human sTNF-R (60 kDa) antibody is added and binds to human sTNF-R (60 kDa) captured by the first antibody. Following incubation unbound HRP-conjugated anti-human sTNF-R (60 kDa) is removed during a wash step, and substrate solution reactive with HRP is added to the wells.A coloured product is formed in proportion to the amount of human sTNF-R (60 kDa) present in the unknown or calibrator. The reaction is terminated by addition of acid and absorbance is measured at 450 nm. A calibration curve is prepared from 7 human sTNF-R (60 kDa) calibrator dilutions and human sTNF-R (60 kDa) concentration is determined.
