SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Human Salusin alpha. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human Salusin alpha and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Human Salusin alpha and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
Intended UseHuman Salusin alpha ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Salusin alpha , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalDescription: The kit is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of Salusin alpha in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids
Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses Competitive-ELISA as the method. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Human Salusin alpha. During the reaction, Human Salusin alpha in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of Human Salusin alpha on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Human Salusin alpha. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The concentration of Human Salusin alpha in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
