SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human anti-MCV antibody. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human anti-MCV antibody and analogues was observed.
-
SamplesSerum, Plasma , tissue homogenates,Cell culture supernates,Other biological fluids.
-
SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of human anti-MCV antibody is typically less than 5 U/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest human anti-MCV antibody concentration that could be differentiated from zero.
-
Intended UseHuman MCV-Ab ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of MCV-Ab , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
-
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.

Product Description
specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the quantitative enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with MCV antigen. Samples are pipetted into the wells with anti-human IgG conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Any antibodies specific for MCV present will bind to the pre-coated antigen. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of human anti-MCV antibody bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
