SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of human NA is typically less than 0.15 pg/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest human NA concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean
Intended UseHuman NA ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of NA , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antigen. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with antibody specific for NA and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated goat-anti-rabbit antibody. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with pre-coated NA and NA in samples. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of NA in the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
