Human class B basic helix-loop-helix protein 27 ELISA Kit;Human bHLHb27 ELISA Kit;Human Inhibitor of DNA binding 4 ELISA Kit;Human inhibitor of differentiation 4 ELISA Kit;Human IDB4 ELISA Kit;Human inhibitor of DNA binding 4, HLH protein ELISA Kit;Human DNA-binding protein inhibitor ID-4 ELISA Kit;Human inhibitor of DNA binding 4, dominant negative helix-loop-helix protein ELISA Kit;
SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human ID4. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human ID4 and analogues was observed.
SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of human ID4 is typically less than 3.9 pg/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest protein concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean
Intended UseHuman ID4 ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of ID4 , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageStore the whole ELISA kit at 4℃
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for ID4 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any ID4 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for ID4 is added to the wells. After washing, avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of ID4 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
