SamplesSerum, Plasma , tissue homogenates,Cell culture supernates,Other biological fluids.
-
SensitivityThe limit of detection of Human G-6-Pase defined as the analyte concentration resulting in an absorbance significantly higher than that of the dilution medium (mean plus 2 standard deviations) was determined to be 39 mIU/mL (mean of 6 independent assays).
-
Intended UseHuman G-6-Pase ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of G-6-Pase , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.

Product Description
specificalPrinciple of the Assay: This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitative G-6-Pase in Human serum, plasma. An antibody specific for G-6-Pase has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any G-6-Pase present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin - conjugated antibody specific for G-6-Pase is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of G-6-Pase bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
