SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of human fibrin is typically less than 3.12 ng/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest human fibrin concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined
Intended UseHuman Fibrin ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Fibrin , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for fibrin has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for fibrin. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of fibrin bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
