SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of ELA3B. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between ELA3B and analogues was observed. NOTE: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between ELA3B and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist in some cases.
Intended UseHuman ELA3B ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of ELA3B , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃

Product Description specificalPrinciple of the Assay: ELA3B ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a monoclonal anti-ELA3B antibody and an ELA3B-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with ELA3B-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the ELA3B concentration since ELA3B from samples and ELA3B-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-ELA3B antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by ELA3B from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind ELA3B-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The ELA3B concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.
