Product Description specificalThis CLIA kit uses Competitive-CLiA as the method. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Mouse PGF2alpha. During the reaction, Mouse PGF2alpha in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of Mouse PGF2alpha on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Mouse PGF2alpha. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The Relative light unit(RLU) value is measured spectrophotometrically by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is negatively associated with the concentration of Mouse PGF2alpha. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse PGF2alpha in the samples by comparing the RLU of the samples to the standard curve.
