SpecificityThis assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of ADH. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between ADH and analogues was observed.
SensitivityThe minimum detectable dose of ADH is typically less than 4.66pg/mL. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest protein concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean RLU value of 20 replicates of the zero standard subtracted by their two standard deviations.
Intended UseHuman ADH clia kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of ADH , concentrations in serum, Plasma , tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
StorageFor 5-7days:Store the whole kit at 4℃
For a Long time :Store the Substrate at 4℃, other reagent should store at -20℃.
Product Description specificalPrinciple of the assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with a monoclonal antibody specific to ADH. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between biotin labeled ADH and unlabeled ADH (Standards or samples) with the pre-coated antibody specific to ADH. After incubation the unbound conjugate is washed off. Next, avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The amount of bound HRP conjugate is reverse proportional to the concentration of ADH in the sample. Then the mixture of substrate A and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is reverse proportional to the ADH level in the sample or standard.
