Product Description specificalThis CLIA kit uses Competitive-CLiA as the method. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Rat 11-DH-TXB2. During the reaction, Rat 11-DH-TXB2 in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of Rat 11-DH-TXB2 on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Rat 11-DH-TXB2. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The Relative light unit(RLU) value is measured spectrophotometrically by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is negatively associated with the concentration of Rat 11-DH-TXB2. You can calculate the concentration of Rat 11-DH-TXB2 in the samples by comparing the RLU of the samples to the standard curve.
